Of course the milkshake machine isn’t working. But the food is alright. Busy busy as it’s Christmas Eve Eve. Hopefully the milkshake thing will be straightened out the next time we come.

Fayette McDonald's is always super nice and accommodating to people. They give seniors discounts, they give a side of free grits with breakfast, they are very sweet to kids, and when things dont go right with a purchase or an order they are quick to refund you or give you some other sort of consolation like a free drink or discount. And, their restaurant is ALWAYS clean. 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you McDonald's for being a great place for our community to come eat and hang out.

I wish I lived near this McDonald's. The food and service was awesome. My food was fresh, and I haven't gotten that from any other McDonald's. Will definitely stop in again when passing through.

The Fayette store is, by far, head and shoulders above the other McDonald's in the area. The staff is always courteous and attentive. The store is always clean. The food is fresh and hot, as it should be. I pass by other stores, one within walking distance to my home, to patronize this location. Management is really on the ball. Thank you.

I visited the Fayette AL location today just a little after 3pm. I had a mobile order which I tend to use when I visit. Usually I give the code found in the app and the cashier confirms my order and I pull forward. Today I was in formed that I need to check in and the code was not sufficient. I asked how I check in to which the cashier replied I do not know we don't know anything about the app. I did not appreciate the tone of her response so I left the drive thru, parked and went inside. I explained what happened to the cashier at the counter and began to switch my order from drive thru to counter. While waiting I could hear the drive thru cashier explain to the manager with the same tone that she spoke to me in her side of the encounter. Somehow my order appeared when I switched it from drive thru to the counter. When I received it everything was hot and fresh. My only issue with this visit was the disrespectful tone of the cashier and her lack of knowledge to resolve my issue. If your company uses and app that secures payment for orders there should be no reason that a customer can't get the food that they have already paid for. I have never had Chicfila tell me you cant get your food because you don't know how to work the app. Hoping for a better experience next time. Thank you to the counter cashier and manager on duty for salvaging my experience.

The to go line moves fast on certain days. Some cashiers are nice others yiu can tell you are bothering them by ordering something extra or make you feel like you should have picked somewhere else to eat at. I eat there normally 2-3x a week. Never know which atmosphere it will be until it's too late to realized it's the wrong time of day food is always on key though.

I at least go through the drive through weekly. Service really depends on who's working. Apparently the online app doesn't work every well. So just use the code it gives u to collect the rewards and pay at the window. I don't trust being charged in the app then having to pay again at the window or the order isn't received and they have to look for it. "System Communication Error". I like the personal touch, when the staff knows the menu and can make suggestions for getting the best value.

Definitely the best McDonald's and it's not just because they are the only McDonald's in this town either! I promise you it has nothing to do with that fact at all, but everything to do with how you feel as a customer there. And let me tell you.... it is top notch excellence in customer satisfaction and deliciousness!!! The employees are the most helpful always happy and smiling people or staff i have ever come in contact with at any McDonald's across the united states amd they truly make uou feek welcomed amd that they are happy you chose their establishment to eat rather it be breakfast lunch dinner or even sweet treats or iced coffee or fraps.... it's all hands down the best McDonald's or fast food period that you have ever had! And their ice-cream machine has never been broken or down not one time in all the times I've visited McDonald's in fayette.
